IMPORT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The indicated shipping fees upon checkout (if any) covers shipping to your country, but all local import customs, duties & taxes (if any) will have to be borne by the recipient.
Depending on your country and/or city of residence, you may be subject to various customs, duties & taxes which are levied once your shipment arrives at your country.
Please understand that we are unable to estimate nor predict the nature of the import fees (if any), and they would have to all be borne by the recipient.

For Singapore orders, please allow around 3 business days for us to deliver to you.
For orders outside of Singapore, please allow around 3-5 business days for the shipment to reach you, depending on your location and on the speed of your local customs. (We ship via DHL to most countries.)

All our products carry a limited warranty. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects up to 1 year from the date of purchase, and does not cover damage caused by wear & tear, accidental damage during the course of use, or unauthorized modifications to any of the product parts.
