We ship within contiguous US and we currently offer FREE shipping for all orders of 2 or more Yaytrays.
If the item you have received is faulty or defective, or if you have received the wrong order, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] with your order invoice, as well as with a photo and brief description of the issue.
Or if you are simply not satisfied with any of the items you have purchased through this website, please email us at [email protected] with your order invoice, and we will guide you through the returns process.
Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. Returned items have to reach us within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your returned items, we will work to complete your refund claim.
All our products carry a limited warranty. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, and does not cover damage caused by wear & tear, accidental damage during the course of use, or damage arising from modifications to any of the products or product parts.
In order to exercise the product warranty, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the defect and a brief description of the nature of the defect, and we will guide you through the warranty claims process.
