The relevant shipping fees will be indicated as you checkout your items, and are dependent on weight & shipping destination. We currently offer FREE shipping for Singapore orders above S$70 and for international orders above S$100. Orders are typically processed & dispatched out within 1-2 working days upon order confirmation.
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan & South Korea.
We are currently working to offer shipping to many more countries worldwide.
IMPORT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All local import customs, duties & taxes (if any) will have to be borne by the recipient. Depending on your country and/or city of residence, you may be subject to various customs, duties & taxes which are levied once your shipment arrives at your country. Please contact your local customs authority should you need to find out more information about the nature of import customs, duties & taxes into your country.
If the item you have received is faulty or defective, or if you have received the wrong order, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com with your order invoice, as well as with a photo and brief description of the issue.

Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. Returned items have to reach us within 6 months of purchase. Once we receive your returned items, we will work to complete your refund claim.
All our products carry a limited warranty. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects up to 1 year from the date of purchase, and does not cover damage caused by wear & tear, accidental damage during the course of use, or modifications to any of the products or product parts.
In order to exercise the product warranty, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the defect and a brief description of the nature of the defect, and we will guide you through the warranty claims process.
